The Mass-Art project!
- What ?: Create a painting through a digital interface. Convince 100.000 people to participate in this project and hence make it a unique work of art
- Who ?: Have people from all over the world participate. We'd like to see people participate from each and every country. In order to facilitate this, we like to translate the site in all possible languages.
- How ?: Create one single original copy of the painting and donate this copy to a world-class museum for others to enjoy it !

Il nuovo concorso Film&Phone sul tema 'L'uomo contemporaneo e la telefonia nell'era dell'immagine' i cui concorrenti sono stati visionati sul telefonino e votati via sms, ha visto infine la Giuria Popolare gratificare 'Always Ready' di Simon Valderrama e 'A Phone's Life' di Angelo Albertini, mentre gli Esperti, diretti dalla regista Liliana Cavani hanno scelto, oltre allo stesso Valderrama, anche 'L'importanza di essere onesto' di Filippo Cesari.

LA Freewaves Presents Their 9th Biennial Festival of Film, Video and New Media "How Can You Resist?" 4 venues ~ 4 weekends ~ from 5 continents
November 5, 2004 – November 27, 2004
After viewing over 1,000 works and soliciting entire programs from all five continents, 13 international and regional media curators created four wildly diverse weekends with programs traversing sexuality, economics, politics, consumerism and media. Between the blurred scan lines of subjectivity and objectivity, journalism and art.
More than 150 works of video, film and digital media were chosen addressing the question "How Can You Resist?" from over 1,500 submissions. LA Freewaves festival will present both provocative and evocative works exploring the struggles between protest and desire.
