Piece of Cake

Hinter dem Label POC, Piece of Cake , (http://www.pocproject.com/) verbirgt sich eine im Juni 2002 gegründete europäische Plattform von Foto- und Videokünstlern. Stilistische Gemeinsamkeiten sind nicht das Kriterium, obwohl das Suchen nach der (Selbst-)Verortung des Menschen in seiner Umwelt eines der immer wiederkehrenden Themen der POC-Mitglieder ist. Sie leben und arbeiten in Finnland, Portugal, Griechenland, Großbritannien, der Schweiz (mit Loan Ngyen und Mathieu Bernhard Reymond), Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien. Alle Künstler verfolgen ihre eigene Arbeiten, treten daneben aber immer wieder als POC auf. Das enge Netzwerk ermöglicht neue Perspektiven für jeden einzelnen Künstler: Kollaborationen, Austausch über die Arbeit und vermehrte Präsenz im Ausland.

Trondheim Matchmaking is an annual international festival in Trondheim, Norway, for electronic arts and new technology arranged by Trondheim Electronic Arts Centre, TEKS.
The festival is a meeting point for presenting innovative ideas and artistic projects, a place to share knowledge, make contacts and learn new skills and develop resources within new technology and electronic arts.
