"The third meeting of the Inclusiva-net plattform, that will take place on March 2 through 6, 2009, at theCentro Cultural de España (Cultural Centre of Spain) in Buenos Aires, aims to develop an analysis of the current situation of artistic practices on the Web from various theoretical and critical perspectives. It will comprise a set of seminars, a series of communications chosen from a public call for proposals, and debate sessions."
