Witte de With presents three films by Keren Cytter: Something Happened (2007, 8min), The Naked One/Der Spiegel (2007, 4min) and Alptraum (2007, 7min). In addition, Cytter's feature-length film New Age will be screened during the opening and on Saturday 15 March at 4:30 p.m.

- Le BBI, Wrights & Sites et le Pour-cent culturel Migros cherchent des projets ‘mis-guided’, ludiques, culturels, politiques, séduisants, sensuels et/ou radicaux, intervenant dans une ou plusieurs structures spatiales existantes, qui viseront à faire découvrir un aspect caché ou non réalisé de la ville de Fribourg, en Suisse.
- Les projets peuvent prendre des formes très diverses : une chorégraphie d’activités physiques, des promenades discrètement guidées par un artiste, des rencontres en des lieux inhabituels, des provocations en forme de plans de ville, de lettres personnelles apparemment égarées, de listes ou d’horaires, etc. Ils peuvent laisser une „trace” dans la ville, décider d’un réarrangement ou simplement exécuter une trajectoire.
- L’appel est ouvert à tous : aux artistes ainsi qu’aux praticiens issus d’autres domaines, aux habitants de la ville de Fribourg et d’ailleurs, aux individus et aux groupes.

FILM FACTORY participants will have the opportunity to work on their project within our fiscal year (April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009) with access to MAIN FILM'S equipment, facilities and workshops. If the training required by the filmmaker is more specialized than MAIN FILM'S regular workshops can provide, individual training will be offered. Filmstock will be provided, but recipients must pay for their own processsing.

L'Hangar Bicocca ospitera' la mostra personale di Daniele Puppi considerato uno dei giovani artisti piu' interessanti del panorama internazionale.
Per la mostra all'Hangar Bicocca Daniele Puppi realizzera' un lavoro site-specific intitolato 'Fatica N.16' realizzato in collaborazione con Magazzino d'arte moderna di Roma.
Il lavoro di Puppi consiste in installazioni video e sonore intitolate 'Fatiche' generate dall'incontro diretto dell'artista con lo spazio. Per Puppi lo spazio non e' mai neutrale ma e' la base concreta dal quale il lavoro emerge e prende forma. Utilizzando le personali sensazioni che le proporzioni e caratteristiche fisiche dello spazio stesso gli trasmettono, l'artista trasforma l'architettura in una esperienza sensoriale in continua espansione, sovvertendo le normali nozioni di tempo e spazio.
