Stroke 01 Urban Art Fair
Its not really news anymore, that Urban Art (as a melting pot for several young art developements) has found its way from a subculture into mainstream Media and galleries worldwide. We are part of a global art movement, probably the first art movement, that is kept alive and growing based on a global network working without borders or other cultural differences.
Urban Art is "contemporary art", shown in museums and sold by auction houses. But it’s a fact that most Urban Art projects and galleries still work on a semi-profitable level, and love and passion are the most important ingredients. It's not the easiest job to be able to follow the rules of the classic art market and this is why we decided to create STROKE.01 - The International Art Fair for Urban Art.
